The most reproducible MRGPRX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Negative regulation of cell projection organization, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with MRGPRX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX1 results are reported.
