Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,395 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRGPRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, CDK4P1, and SNORD90. Each is linked with MRGPRX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by MRGPRX1-low versus MRGPRX1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
