MRGPRX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A7, G6PC2, and RBP2. Each is linked with MRGPRX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A7 grouped by MRGPRX1-low versus MRGPRX1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
