Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRGBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRGBP data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MRGBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRGBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where MRGBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
