The most reproducible MRFAP1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Primary miRNA processing, and Regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly. Each is linked with MRFAP1L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRFAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-MRFAP1L1 results are reported.
