MREG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MREG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MREG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVPL, EVPL_S2025, and EVPL_S906. Each is linked with MREG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MREG-to-partner and partner-to-MREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MREG versus EVPL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
