Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MREG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,352 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MREG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEF2C-AS2, FOXF1, and BVES. Each is linked with MREG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MREG-to-partner and partner-to-MREG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MREG versus MEF2C-AS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
