Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, COL5A1, and POSTN. Each is linked with MRC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC2-to-partner and partner-to-MRC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRC2 versus COL1A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
