Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,286 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Collagen fibril organization, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with MRC2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC2-to-partner and partner-to-MRC2 results are reported.
