MRC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 867 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, EML5, and TADA2B. Each is linked with MRC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC2-to-partner and partner-to-MRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by MRC2-low versus MRC2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
