Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 765 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein transport to vacuole involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway, Cytosolic ciliogenesis, and Death-inducing signaling complex assembly. Each is linked with MRC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC1-to-partner and partner-to-MRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein transport to vacuole involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway grouped by MRC1-low versus MRC1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
