MRAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, BCL2L1, and EPB41L2. Each is linked with MRAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRAP2 versus ELAPOR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
