Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRHL2, MASTL, and DPP4. Each is linked with MRAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRAP2 versus GRHL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
