MRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,402 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, KANK2, and MYO1C. Each is linked with MRAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRAP versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
