Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 393 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-633P, HSFY1, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with MRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP results are reported.
