Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and NK cells. Each is linked with MRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by MRAP-low versus MRAP-high in STAD.
