MRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIN2B, ARHGEF10, and CFAP206. Each is linked with MRAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2B grouped by MRAP-low versus MRAP-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
