Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRAP-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRAP-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MRAP-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRAP-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCS show a favorable association.

UVM, READ, and LUAD are the cancer types where MRAP-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
