MR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,368 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM33_S862, UBA7, and SMC2. Each is linked with MR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MR1-to-partner and partner-to-MR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MR1 versus TRIM33_S862 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
