Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC88B, IL21R, and SASH3. Each is linked with MR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MR1-to-partner and partner-to-MR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MR1 versus CCDC88B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
