MR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, IGSF21-AS1, and PLS1-AS1. Each is linked with MR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MR1-to-partner and partner-to-MR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by MR1-low versus MR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
