Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP11B1, OR5M8, and SLC22A12. Each is linked with MR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MR1-to-partner and partner-to-MR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP11B1 grouped by MR1-low versus MR1-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
