Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPZL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MPZL3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MPZL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPZL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where MPZL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
