MPZL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4A, ST14, and REXO2. Each is linked with MPZL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL3-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPZL3 versus UBE4A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
