Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPZL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD276, DNAJC17, and UBE2W. Each is linked with MPZL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL3-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPZL3 versus CD276 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
