MPZL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,344 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf116, ST14, and SFN. Each is linked with MPZL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL2-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPZL2 versus C1orf116 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
