Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,434 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPZL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPZL3, NFATC2, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with MPZL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL2-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPZL2 versus MPZL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
