Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPZL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,858 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of inner ear receptor cell differentiation, Regulation of mechanoreceptor differentiation, and Regulation of heart rate by cardiac conduction. Each is linked with MPZL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL2-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL2 results are reported.
