MPZL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,866 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL2, C1orf198, and GSTZ1. Each is linked with MPZL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL1-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
