MPZL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,084 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FERMT1, C1orf198, and CPA4. Each is linked with MPZL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL1-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
