MPPED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,797 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRLF3, AGO1, and ITSN1. Each is linked with MPPED2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPED2-to-partner and partner-to-MPPED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPPED2 versus CRLF3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPPED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPPED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
