MPPED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSN1, WDR62, and UBE2T. Each is linked with MPPED2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPED2-to-partner and partner-to-MPPED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSN1 grouped by MPPED2-low versus MPPED2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPPED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPPED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
