MPPE1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPE1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,815 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPE1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, USP10_S28, and PRR36_S1310. Each is linked with MPPE1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPE1P1-to-partner and partner-to-MPPE1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPPE1P1 versus MTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPPE1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPPE1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
