Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,158 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to phagophore assembly site, GPI anchor metabolic process, and Golgi to plasma membrane transport. Each is linked with MPPE1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPE1-to-partner and partner-to-MPPE1 results are reported.
