MPPE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, FDX1P2, and CYCSP48. Each is linked with MPPE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPE1-to-partner and partner-to-MPPE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by MPPE1-low versus MPPE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPPE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPPE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
