Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPPE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,223 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPPE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Lysosomal transport, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with MPPE1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPE1-to-partner and partner-to-MPPE1 results are reported.
