MPP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,544 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPP7_S409, ECHS1, and CRTAP. Each is linked with MPP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP7-to-partner and partner-to-MPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP7 versus MPP7_S409 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
