MPP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,935 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB3D, FN1, and BSPRY. Each is linked with MPP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP7-to-partner and partner-to-MPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP7 versus RAB3D in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
