MPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,366 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA9, GOT1, and HADHB. Each is linked with MPP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP7-to-partner and partner-to-MPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA9 grouped by MPP7-low versus MPP7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
