Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-8, and MSH2. Each is linked with MPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP7-to-partner and partner-to-MPP7 results are reported.
