MPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, SLC17A2, and C4orf50. Each is linked with MPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP7-to-partner and partner-to-MPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by MPP7-low versus MPP7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
