MPP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH2B3_S150, CAD, and DDX56. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP6 versus SH2B3_S150 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
