Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,459 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P14, NAP1L2, and ATP6V1E2. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP6 versus SUMO2P14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
