The most reproducible MPP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCSH, RNPEP, and ACOX3. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.
