MPP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,579 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1B, RN7SL479P, and MIR4710. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1B grouped by MPP6-low versus MPP6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
