Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, PDCD4, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.
