MPP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,733 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZD2, PARD3, and PLCXD3. Each is linked with MPP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP6-to-partner and partner-to-MPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDZD2 grouped by MPP6-low versus MPP6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
