MPP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,367 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, GPHN, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with MPP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP5-to-partner and partner-to-MPP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP5 versus MTHFD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
