Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXD2, MED6, and MNAT1. Each is linked with MPP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP5-to-partner and partner-to-MPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP5 versus EXD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
