MPP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, FAR1P1, and CPVL-AS1. Each is linked with MPP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP5-to-partner and partner-to-MPP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by MPP5-low versus MPP5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
